Some information on self-organized bike community. Fow now, Seoul's bike path run through isolated riverside, not fully integrated in city networks. If planners and designers think a bikable city is something they should pursue, their plan must be sophisticated enough to deal with detailed road design problems and complex planning issues such as safety, traffic operation, bike parking, etc. See below in this blog, Bikable City: Tale of Three Cities.
